The Congregational Church of Harvard is lay-led. This means that the congregation is self-organizing and responsible for the operation of the church.  Individuals, committees, and the congregation as a whole work together to make all major decisions and carry out the work of the church.

In addition to committees, there are church officers that include a Moderator, a Clerk, a Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer and two Members at Large.

Church Staff consists of our Minister, our Office Manager, our Sexton and Senior Youth Nursery Attendants.
